Rights
At any time, the data subjects may revoke the authorisation they have granted for processing of their personal data, and they may also exercise their rights to access, rectify, and erase for their data, as well as their right to oppose or restrict its processing and their right to data portability, by sending a written request to the DPO for AltamarCAM Partners at the addresses indicated above. A copy of the data subject’s national identification document must be attached.
Retention
AltamarCAM group entities have an internal procedure for the retention of personal data that will be updated and on which Altan Capital will confirm after a period of time if you are still interested in being part of the network of contacts Altan Capital. In cases where you are not interested in being part of this network, Altan Capital will proceed to delete your data.
